ALTERNATIVE FUTURES

“Alternative Futures” explores the rapid and drastic evolution of beauty standards. Each model in this project is portrayed as a unique character, bringing different visions of the future to life. The first character represents a future where humans are entirely transformed, embracing radical alterations and technological enhancements. This vision challenges the boundaries of human identity and beauty, pushing the limits of self-expression.

The second character presents an alternative where natural beauty is celebrated. This vision highlights the authenticity and individuality of embracing one’s natural self, without alterations. Through these contrasting perspectives, “Alternative Futures” comments on the fluidity and diversity of beauty standards, inviting viewers to reflect on what it means to be beautiful in a constantly changing world.
